Starting at the lake view campsite, as on day 3, but heading south this time to Pontivy and then south-east. I've done this bit before, as is. So if you want to read my blog post from two years ago it'll give you the gist of the route.

I've eaten near 3000kcals and still expect that to be half of what I've used today. A slow evening results in working out that is 102 grams of protein. Also that Saturday does not a quiet campsite make.
I was going for the 100km barrier and broke it as I entered the campsite in Malestroix. I've got a plan to loop round via the northern coast but don't think it'll take me very long comparably. 5 days maybe. Play by ear.
